Arrange a Return


If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within 14 working days following your receipt of the goods from us. Notification of the cancellation must be received within 14 working days; starting from the day the goods are received. These regulations dictate that we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, the original despatch charge.


We want you to be able to purchase from our website with confidence. That is why in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

You may return any item (with receipt) unused and in its original packaging within the 28 days of receipt for a full refund or product exchange. In all cases return items must be in re-saleable condition and unused, which includes any packaging. 

Please note:
We cannot accept returned goods that we believe have been used. In such cases we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of notification.

In most cases your refund request will be processed instantly on receipt of the goods and RETURNS FORM. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. Should you choose to keep part of your original order, you will not be eligible for a refund on the original postage costs. The refunding of any initial postage and packing charges applies only to standard delivery. If express delivery service was selected, only the standard postage and packing charges will be refunded. You will be liable for the return postage costs.
